Ordering, Shipping, and Returns
- If, for any reason at all, you have a problem with your order, please email email@example.com.
- We believe in 100% customer satisfaction and 100% order accuracy. If you do not receive both at those levels, please let us know.
- Please keep in mind that each item is handmade in small batches from pure and natural ingredients. Some items may have slight color variations, label placement differences, etc. This is normal.
- Please report any issues with your order within 48 hours of delivery.
- Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days from receiving them unless noted on the product descriptions.
- Once shipped, all customers receive email notification including tracking information.
- USA Shipping typically takes 2-5 days (depending on your location) from the time we ship.
- International Shipping can take up to 3-4 weeks based on customs, overseas delivery, or other delivery processes that are out of our hands.
Returns / Refunds
- Please understand that, due to the nature of our products, business, and production of our items, we cannot offer refunds of any kind.
- We do accept returns for store credit or exact item replacement.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your return request and we will make it happen.
